Research Interests
My research goals are in finding solutions for conservation problems by creating bridges between science, policy, and people. My experiences range from collaborating with local communities in West Africa setting up wildlife parks to working with citizen scientist groups collecting Arabian leopard data in Oman. I am interested in all systems from marine to terrestrial and conservation for developing, as well as, wealthy countries. My doctoral research is on a critically endangered Honduran endemic spiny tailed iguana species.
